Green Velvet Boxwood - hybrid of Korean Boxwood

Boxwood, There are several different types of Boxwood, we sell Green Velvet.  Green Velvet Boxwood is a hybrid of Korean Boxwood.  Korean Boxwood is known for hardiness and compactness and retains excellent green color in both winter and summer.  Yes, boxwood is an evergreen!  still in some soils it may get a slight bronze hue in very late winter.  This plant thrives in shade but also will do great in sunny locations especially if it is watered.  Fully mature it will be three feet tall and three feet wide!  It makes the best low hedge around because of its thick compact shape.  Trim it round or trim it flat it doesn't matter!
