Our Guarantee

Our guarantee is based on our tree survival rate over the past ten years. We have a better than 90% survival rate so we will give every customer a guarantee for 10% of the trees for free replacement. So if you bought ten trees you can get one replaced for free.  Additional trees that died you will just have to pay a re digging fee of half the original price to replace them. We are not making money on the re digging of your trees. If you water the trees heavily every few days unless it is raining they will not die.  We have many nurseries that have 100% success simply because they water every single day.  One nursery in Round Lake Illinois bought 200 trees last spring and did not sell them all by winter.

The following spring the trees were all growing roots out of the bags and leafed out and were sold.
